I like to keep in shape in the gym, on the tennis court, in the garden and sometimes on the ski slopes. I have so far enjoyed a consistently high level of fitness and aim to keep it as high as the ageing process allows!
I like to be creative, prefer a mix of freelance work to being tied to one thing and that's pretty important as an actor as well as being interesting as a trainer. I have written my own scripts, performed comedy and theatre and developed my own training programmes too.
I am interested in personal development and finding a balance between personal goals and appreciation of the present, increasingly through nature as well as with people. I am lucky enough to have a large garden which I have extensively re-landscaped in a natural way.
